Year 2 for the Lafayette Cosplay Prom!   and were making it bigger and better than ever. We start the day at noon this year with a tons of vendors, food trucks, live music, interactive games,  cosplay workshops  and  panels. Then at 6pm we turn into an +18 and over Cosplay Prom!   Come dance the night away with all your friends in a celebration of everything Cosplay!   This year, Knightmage, is MCee and he'll also have a panel and run some games !! We have an individual cosplay contest, a couples contest, a dance off with prizes for all and a crowning for our royalty for the evening!   

Tickets

$15 per person online/$25 at the door
$25  for couples online/ $35    at the door
VIP +$15  Valid ID required
   For our 21 and over attendees with valid id ONLY.  The VIP ticket gets you into the stocked bar area where we have an assortment of adult beverages and our fabulous pre mixed cocktails after 6pm!

Vendor Booths 
  The vendor booth area is outside for this event.    Electricity is very limited here. You will need to supply your own Tables, Chairs, Lights, Canopy or whatever you need for the event.  Run time is noon to dusk  and we will have activates going the whole time. If you plan on  staying  past sundown, plan to have battery powered lighting. I  will have flood lights  out  for the walkways.   Load in time in the Saturday morning between 8am and Noon when we open. At mdnight we close and Id like to have everyone loaded and gone by 12:30am.   We dont have an application, you just buy a booth through the ticketing system  below.
