We have a variety of vendors that offer everything from snacks to pop culture retailers with both new and vintage items!
Panels and Workshops
We have a plethora of panels geared towards various subjects of the cosplay universe scheduled throughout the day on our main stage. This year we've added workshops! Taught by our prop and cosplay building guests, these are geared towards getting your hands dirty and learning something hands on! These workshops might have an additional fee for supplies or a list of items you need to bring, but it will be well worth making something you can take home!
Main Stage Red Carpet Event
Want to show off your sweet style and cosplay?! We will have a few main stage red carpet event where you can swagger to some fun tunes and let everyone behold your splendor!
Out of State Judges
Tired of being judged by the same handful of cosplay people and want to hear a fresh perspective? We hand pick our judges for their excellent build quality, years of experience and we bring them from out of state! Good Luck!
Cosplay Karaoke
Cosplay Karaoke? This event will combine karaoke with cosplaying! The trick is to sing a song that goes with your cosplay. Imagine Thanos singing “Another one bits the dust” by Queen and instant fun! Be sure to sign up at the DJ table during the day. As soon as we have enough sign ups, we'll erupt with a few songs of awesomesause!
Games and Trivia!
These events will leave you in stitches and is 100% interactive for all attendees'! Games like The Cosplay Dating Game, Who's Cosplay is it Anyway, King of the Nerds Trivia, the laughs never end and they are scheduled thought out the day!
Saturday Night Cosplay Extravaganza
Once the awards are handed out, our main room turns into an after party! In celebration of everything cosplay, come be crazy with us! We'll have dancing, feats of talent, live music, cash bar and interactive games until midnight! This is an 18 and over event only!
Cosplay Contest
Our Costume Contest is aiming at being the premier convention for its cosplay competition in the state. We will be giving away cash and trophies to the winners of this competition extravaganza! We bring out fo state judges that are hand picked for their strong cosplay building skills, plus their years of experience and our celebrities will be handing out the trophies and prizes!

Contest Rules
We have an Adult cosplay contest, limit of 20 participants, first come, first serve basis(16+), and a kids contest, limit of 20 participants, first come, first serve basis (0-16) on Saturday. You can register between 10am-1pm at the will call desk. Pre-Judging will be at 2pm and our celebrities will hand out the trophies and cash prizes at the award ceremony at 6:00pm!
1. Cannot have anything on the entry that would hurt someone (i.e., sharp points, sharp edges).
2. All electronic must be self-contained with no outside electricity available.
3. Absolutely no open flame or real weapons.
4. No projectiles will be shot into the crowd or any material that will make a mess.
5. Each contestant will have 1 minutes of stage time to act out, pose, or portray anything related to their character.
6. Cosplays must be appropriate for all ages to view.
7. By being in the contest you acknowledge that your picture might be used on the CreatorsCon Web sight and in advertisements for future CreatorsCons.
