Celebrities and Guest

Meet and greet with our celebrities and guests. 

VIP Diner with Celebrities

 

This is our first year for this VIP option. VIP Diner with Celebrities will be at a local Colorado Spring Restaraunt(TBA) Sat May 17th from 7pm-9pm.  This ticket covers $25 towards your meal and a $5 tip (anything over will be paid by you, the ticket holder at the time of departure). Limited to 10 tickets so it is a perfect time to get to know the celebrity and their experiences. All proceeds for this diner go directly to the celebrity. Be sure to include your email and cell phone number during purchase for the appropriate instructions.

We have a variety of vendors that offer everything from snacks to pop culture retailers with both new and vintage items!

Celebrity Panels and Q&A's

Is it a convention without celebrity panels? We'll have all our guest scheduled throughout the day.

Cosplay Panels and Workshops

We have a plethora of panels geared towards various subjects of the cosplay universe scheduled throughout the day.  This year We've added workshops! Taught by our prop and cosplay building guests, these are geared towards getting your hands dirty and learning something hands on! These workshops might have an additional fee for supplies or a list of items you need to bring, but it will be well worth making something you can take home!

 

 

Live Professional Wrestling

We have live professional wrestling brought to you by Colorado Wresting Connection. They have a wide variety of wrestlers from the local scene to national talent. We have a VIP package which i ncldes guaranteed front row seating for the ultimate action!

Seating starts at 6p, Bell time is at 6:30p. 

Maid Cafe

We have a maid cafe event Saturday evening and The Diamond Idols are performing. In these cafés, waitresses, dressed in maid costumes, serve treats and refreshments during interactive games or dance performances to anime music.  This is the only event with an extra charge for the catering and for the Diamond Idols.  

Kids Zone

We have a Kids Zone open all day with Books, Arts n' Crafts, Cosplay building with cardboard, Laughter, and Smiles all with the help of our fabulous Eko Cosplay and her volunteers!

Main Stage Red Carpet Events

Want to show off your sweet style and cosplay?! We will have a few main stage red carpet events where you can swagger to some fun tunes and let everyone behold your splendor!

Cosplay Karaoke

Cosplay Karaoke? This party favorite will combine karaoke with cosplaying! The trick is to sing a song that goes with your cosplay. Imagine Thanos singing “Another one bites the dust” by Queen and instant fun! Just check in with the DJ anytime during the day. 

Games and Trivia!

These events will leave you in stitches and is 100% interactive for all attendees! Games like The Cosplay Dating Game, Who's Cosplay is it Anyway, King of the Nerds Trivia, the laughs never ends and they are scheduled thought out the day! 

Cosplay Contest

Our Costume Contest is aiming at being the premier convention for its cosplay competition in town. We will be giving away cash, trophies and even the opportunity to be a cosplay guest/ judge at next year's convention.  Our judges are hand-picked for their strong cosplay building skills, plus their years of experience and our celebrities will help hand out the trophies!

 

Cosplay Contest Rules

 

Since it's our first real convention in Colorado Springs we're going to keep it simple. 

We have a Crafted Adult (16+), an Adult Masquerade (16+),  a Kids(-15) and a Pets cosplay contest on Saturday.

Our crafted cosplay contest is for people that have made 60% or more of their cosplays. Crafted build books are encouraged but not mandatory. Sign ups are located on RoseSnap's table, from 10am to 3pm Saturday.  Prejudging is on the spot so be sure to wear your cosplay to sign ups.  Limit of 30 participants, on a first to sign up basis!

The Adult Masquerade is our non crafted contest . There is no limit of participants and your prejudging will take place during the red carpet event which is happening on the main stage at 4:30pm.  Sign ups are anytime for 3pm to 4pm at RoseSnap's table. 

The Kids(-15) contest will be a mixed of both crafted and masquerade. Limit of 30 contestants, on a first to sign up basis. Sign up between 10am-3pm at Rosesnap's table in the cosplay area.  You will be prejudged right there so wear your cosplay to sign ups. We will recognize the winners of this contest with prizes, but every child will receive something for participating.  

 

The Pets cosplay contest is super fun! Limit of 15 contestants, on a first to sign up basis. Just bring in your pet to the Cosplay area at 4pm for pre-judging! We'll have you and your pet walk the red carpet and awards are right after. Please clean up after your pet! Hostile pets will not be tolerated!

 

1.  Cannot have anything on the entry that would hurt someone (i.e., sharp points, sharp edges). 

2.  Hostile pets will not be tolerated! We're here for the safety for every breathing thing.

2.  All electronic must be self-contained with no outside electricity available.

3.  Absolutely no open flame or real weapons.

4.  No projectiles will be shot into the crowd or any material that will make a mess.

5.  Each contestant will have 1 minutes of stage time to act out, pose, or portray anything related to their character. May we suggest the 3 quick poses for pic quality.

6. By being in the contest, you acknowledge that your picture might be used on the CreatorsCon websight and/or in advertisements for future CreatorsCons.

                        Artists Booths 

Our Artists booths are 5'x 8' long. They come with 1 table, 2 chairs and 2 conventions passes. 

                           Vendor Booths

Our vendor booths are 5'deep by  10'long. They come with one 8' rectangular table, 2 chairs and 2 convention passes. With a 10'x10' spot, 2 tables, 2 chairs and 2 passes. You are allowed to bring your own tables or shelves to fill your space.  If you require electricity, I will do my best to stick you in a spot with a wall plug, just mention that during purchase.  Load in time is anytime after 6pm Friday until 9pm and Sat at 8am. We have events until 9pm Sat so you can sell products until then if desired. Please bring your own table clothes as we are not suppling them.  We don't have an application. You just buy a booth like a ticket below. We just ask that your products are family friendly for our convention events.
